Return and Exchange Policy

At House of Mudra, we are committed to delivering premium quality 925 sterling silver jewellery crafted for durability, elegance, and everyday wear. Every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Our goal is to provide jewellery that meets high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

This policy explains the conditions under which support is provided for damaged products. By placing an order with House of Mudra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. House of Mudra follows a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing preferences, or personal liking.

No Return & No Exchange Policy
House of Mudra does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered. Since our jewellery pieces are hygiene-sensitive and crafted with precision finishing, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. Customers are requested to review product descriptions, size details, and images carefully before placing an order.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed or dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Products
While we take extreme care in packaging and shipping, in rare cases a product may get damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged product, customers are required to provide the following (mandatory):

  • Order number with original invoice
  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Failure to provide the above details may result in the claim not being processed.

House of Mudra reserves the right to verify the claim before approving any resolution.

Resolution for Damaged Items
Once the damage claim is verified and approved:

We will first attempt to provide an exchange of the exact same product, subject to stock availability.

If the exact item is not available, our team will assist you with the closest available variant.

If exchange is not possible, we will arrange a pickup of the product at no additional cost. Once the product is received and verified, a store credit or refund will be issued based on your preference.

Store credit will be issued to your House of Mudra customer account and can be used for future purchases within the validity period communicated at the time of issue.

  • Store credit issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment account and will be processed within the timeline communicated at the time of approval.

Non-Eligible Cases
Damage claims may not be accepted under the following situations:

Damage reported after the allowed reporting window
Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
Missing original packaging or tags
Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery

Shipping & Handling for Approved Cases
If a damaged item return is approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process. Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to prevent further damage during return transit.

House of Mudra reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
