  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹449.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard delivery process.
  • If delivery fails after the first attempt due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email ID are correct at the time of placing the order.

Packaging

  • All products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing videowhile opening the sealed package, which may be required in case of damage claims.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery may take up to 18–20 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
  • Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.
